“Their support is amazing. Each office has a direct WhatsApp chat with techs, there is a group WhatsApp and you also can text them directly from the PMS. They respond instantly most times. I love that they are always asking for suggestions and feedback and making changes that directly benefit us. It really is a seamless software. We can do pretty much everything from it. Text, forms, intake paperwork, auto appointment reminders, the schedule is easy to navigate, insurance claims directly through vyne with super easy screen captures, clear ledgers, lots of reports, mass texting or emailing, can set auto texts for birthdays etc, X-rays also cloud based. If internet goes down you can take X-rays offline and sync later and we just connect a laptop or iPad to my phone hotspot. Forms and treatment plans text or email to patients. Honestly.
