Demos are booked on asprodental.com/demo. The doctor can book the demo themself, and your reps can also book demos on behalf of the doctor.
Once the demo is booked
An Asprodental software expert performs the demo: Sample Demo, Passcode: C#CjmQv3
If the doctor is ready to start, an agreement is sent via DocuSign for their signature. If not, they’re put on a follow-up or email nurturing campaign
Once Docusign is returned
We notify the Asprodental partner and onboarding team for further follow up
Customer receives the welcome mail to start the onboarding process

Implementation and kickoff call
An Asprodental onboarding specialist will review the Onboarding Checklist and ensure that the new customer is set up for success. The topics include: what to expect from the data conversion, Go Live day, and over the transition period.
At least the owner doctor and team leads (from both front office & clinical teams) should attend. The full team is welcome and encouraged to join.
Training
Training sessions will take place on Zoom. A member of the dental office’s team will share their screen and log into Asprodental. Our trainer will walk them through what to do. Questions from all team members are welcome. All training sessions are recorded and will be sent via email afterwards.

Onboarding
During onboarding, an Asprodental portal is created for the dental office and login credentials are provided to the team. If data conversion is required, a data extract from the old software is done at the end of the week, converted over the weekend, and ready for Go Live on Monday. X-ray conversions, due to file size, will be available a few weeks later. Until then, offices can access old x-rays in their previous software and capture new ones using Asprodental’s x-ray partner.
Go Live
On the customer’s first day using Asprodental, a member of the customer success team will be on Zoom with them. The customer can share their screen and the Asprodental representative will be a virtual “fly on the wall” to give tips and answer questions as they arise.
